About The Position
Prairie Ridge Health is seeking a Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner Provider to join their team at the Sun Prairie Clinic. This role is a 0.8-1.0 FTE position, primarily working Monday through Friday during the day. The Clinical Advanced Practicing Provider, under the supervision of the Director of Clinic Operations and Collaborating/Supervising Physician(s), assists in the delivery of quality medical care and works in conjunction with clinical support staff.
Requirements
- State of Wisconsin RN license
- Master of Science degree or equivalent
- National Certification (AANP, ANCC, NCB/PNP, or NCC)
- State of Wisconsin Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) Certification
- State of Wisconsin Physician Assistant License
- National Certification (NCCPA)
Nice To Haves
- ACLS certification preferred.
- 3 years of relevant clinical experience as an NP strongly preferred.
- ACLS certification preferred
- 3 years of relevant clinical experience as an PA strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
