About The Position

Prairie Ridge Health is seeking a Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner Provider (PA or NP) to join their team at clinic locations in Columbus and Sun Prairie. This is a 0.8-1.0 FTE position, primarily working Monday through Friday during the day. No weekends or holidays are required. The Clinical Advanced Practicing Provider, under the supervision of the Director of Clinic Operations and Collaborating/Supervising Physician(s), assists in the delivery of quality medical care and works in conjunction with clinical support staff.

Requirements

• State of Wisconsin RN license
• Master of Science degree or equivalent
• National Certification (AANP, ANCC, NCB/PNP, or NCC)
• State of Wisconsin Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) Certification
• State of Wisconsin Physician Assistant License
• National Certification (NCCPA)

Nice To Haves

• ACLS certification preferred
• 3 years of relevant clinical experience as an NP strongly preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• 3 years of relevant clinical experience as an PA strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Assists in the delivery of quality medical care under the supervision of the Director of Clinic Operations and Collaborating/Supervising Physician(s).
• Works in conjunction with clinical support staff.
