About The Position
Key Law Office is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing team. We are a well-established, locally rooted firm known for our client-centered approach, trial experience, and commitment to achieving meaningful results for families in Central Texas. Location: Bastrop, Texas with work in surrounding counties
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Texas, in good standing.
- At least 3 years of family law experience with a proven record of managing cases independently.
- Strong courtroom and client communication skills.
- Ability to balance assertive advocacy with empathy and professionalism.
Nice To Haves
- Local practice experience in Central Texas preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of family law cases from intake through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, hearings, mediation, and trial.
- Provide direct counsel to clients, managing expectations and helping them navigate difficult circumstances with professionalism and empathy.
- Appear in court regularly and maintain strong relationships with local judges, court staff, and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with the Key Law Office team to advance client outcomes while supporting the firm’s high standards.
