Requirements
- Juris Doctorate (JD)
- Bar license in good standing
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Family Law experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Practice family law exclusively.
- Work with a fixed fee model, not tracking billable hours.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of legal professionals.
- Utilize modern technology and efficient business practices.
- Focus on divorce, paternity, prenuptials, and post-judgment cases.
- Provide practice support from specialized staff, such as e-filing.
