About The Position
The Family Experience Teammate supports enrollment growth, family engagement, and front desk sales execution to ensure every family receives a consistent, high-quality Aqua-Tots experience. The role connects with new and returning families, guides them through program options, schedules, and promotions, and helps convert leads into enrollments. It also supports lead follow-up, enrollment conversations, performance tracking, and a welcoming, professional family experience while representing the Aqua-Tots brand with warmth and integrity.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Sales or customer-facing experience; retail, service, or membership sales experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Connect with new and returning families to convert leads into enrollments.
- Guide families through program options, schedules, and promotions.
- Track and follow up on web leads, inquiries, and tours so families receive timely communication.
- Partner with the front desk team to reinforce sales best practices, support enrollment conversations, and ensure consistent messaging.
- Deliver a welcoming, informative, and professional experience in every family interaction, building trust and long-term relationships.
- Monitor leads, conversions, and follow-ups to support school enrollment goals and overall performance.
- Represent the Aqua-Tots brand with professionalism, warmth, and integrity.
