About The Position

Golden Steps ABA is hiring a Family Enrollment Specialist to support families as they enter the organization’s pediatric ABA care services. The role responds to new inquiries, manages the intake pipeline, schedules initial assessments, explains ABA services and company offerings, and helps move cases through to service start. The specialist tracks performance metrics and conversion rates and collaborates with clinical and operations teams to support smooth onboarding. The position has a hybrid schedule and includes a performance-based incentive structure.

Requirements

• Strong sales or admissions background.
• Comfort with high-volume phone outreach, approximately 50–100 calls per day.
• Personality-first communication style and high emotional intelligence.
• Experience in commission-based or performance-driven roles.
• Comfort handling objections and guiding difficult conversations.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
