About The Position

JusticeWorks YouthCare is hiring a Family Advocacy Case Manager to support families as they navigate social service and legal systems. The role serves as a primary point of contact for families, assesses their needs, connects them with critical community resources, and helps them achieve stability. The position is full-time and salaried, based in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, with some evening and weekend work. The pay range is $41,000–$42,000 per year.

Requirements

• Associate degree required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle.
• Ability to pass all required background clearances.
• Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy for families navigating social service and legal systems.
• Connect families with community resources, including housing, financial assistance, healthcare, and counseling.
• Monitor family progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust service plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet program requirements.
• Transport clients using a personal vehicle as necessary.
