About The Position

Make waves this fall. As a Swim Instructor, you’ll help people of all ages build confidence in the water while gaining leadership and teaching experience yourself. Whether you're helping a toddler learn to float or coaching stroke technique, you’ll make a real impact every day. If you love working with people, enjoy being in the water, and want a fun, flexible job—this is for you.

Requirements

• Age 16+
• Comfortable in the water (we’ll teach you how to teach!)
• Friendly, patient, and great with people
• Reliable with strong customer service skills
• Willing to obtain CPR certification (provided)

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons to individuals and groups of all ages
• Help swimmers build water safety skills and stroke technique
• Create a fun, positive, and encouraging environment
• Build relationships with families and members
