Faculty (Part Time) - Marketing (Owensboro, Kentucky)
About The Position
Western Kentucky University’s Owensboro campus is accepting applications to build a pool of qualified part-time faculty to teach graduate and undergraduate Marketing courses. Classes are held at the Owensboro, Kentucky campus and may be scheduled during the day or evening. The need for part-time faculty is ongoing, and applications are accepted at any time. Applicants must submit a letter of interest identifying the area in which they are qualified to teach, a curriculum vitae or resume, and unofficial transcripts through the electronic talent management system. Applicants receive confirmation after successfully completing the application process. Kentucky state law requires public postsecondary institutions to conduct pre-employment criminal background checks to determine suitability for employment.
Requirements
- A master's degree in Marketing or a closely related discipline is required to teach undergraduate-level courses.
- A terminal degree is required to teach graduate-level courses.
- Submit a letter of interest identifying the area in which you are qualified to teach, a curriculum vitae or resume, and unofficial transcripts through the electronic talent management system.
- Successfully complete the required pre-employment criminal background check.
