Requirements

  • 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in basic facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
  • U.S. Citizenship required for this position.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license with ability to travel to multiple client sites within a 10-mile radius.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite or similar platforms).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) such as Maximo, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
  • Background in implementing or following preventative maintenance procedures and schedules.
  • Prior experience in facilities management or commercial property operations.
  • Familiarity with space planning, move coordination, or workplace services.
  • Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).

Responsibilities

  • Execute work orders, preventative maintenance schedules, and service requests efficiently while minimizing disruption to daily operations.
  • Conduct comprehensive daily facility inspections to maintain clean, safe environments and proactively identify potential safety hazards or maintenance issues.
  • Perform minor repairs on office furniture, fixtures, and equipment using hand and power tools.
  • Coordinate and oversee contractor scheduling, vendor management, and project tracking to ensure timely completion of facility work.
  • Maintain accurate facility records and documentation using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Support space management activities including employee onboarding/offboarding, seating assignments, and personnel moves.
  • Manage procurement processes, office supply replenishment, vendor follow-up, and budget tracking for assigned facilities.
  • Set up and break down conference rooms and event spaces to support meetings, presentations, and company gatherings.
