The Facility Worker supports the cleanliness, safety, and sanitation of a warehouse and facility, helping maintain a safe work environment and compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements. The role involves cleaning warehouse aisles, product slots, break rooms, offices, restrooms, and outdoor areas, as well as responding to spills and damaged-product cleanup. The worker may operate equipment such as electric floor scrubbers and motorized pallet jacks. This is an active, hands-on position involving frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting. Work is primarily in a warehouse and facility environment and may include time in refrigerated cooler and freezer areas. Proper safety equipment and personal protective equipment are required; steel-toed boots are required where applicable. Employees may encounter warehouse equipment, pallets, cleaning chemicals, and other normal warehouse conditions. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 40 hours per week, starting at 6 a.m. Evening, night, weekend, and overtime hours may be required depending on branch and business needs. Pay starts at $16.60 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours. Previous warehouse or food facility experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate. Pre-employment drug testing is required, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States full-time for any employer.
