About The Position

The Facility Technician I is responsible for carrying out assigned warehouse duties safely and responsibly at the Cincinnati, Ohio facility. The role involves operating a forklift to load and strap trailers, organizing warehouse inventory such as boxes, drums, waste, and pallets, using drum grabbers, and scanning materials. The technician must understand the relevant processes and work effectively as part of a team. The position works the second shift, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Pay is $20–$22 per hour depending on experience, with an additional $1.75 shift differential for second shift. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old.
At least one year of related experience.
Ability to use a computer.
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
Forklift experience is preferred; the posting also describes forklift experience as required for the listed warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

Comply with safe work practices, policies, and processes, and act safely at all times.
Load and unload route trucks.
Prepare waste loads for shipment to a Recycle Center or Distribution Center.
Manage inventory ordering and receiving.
Maintain general housekeeping and keep the work area clean.
Ensure waste is stored safely and properly.
Operate a forklift to load and strap trailers.
Organize warehouse inventory, including boxes, drums, waste, and pallets; use drum grabbers and scan materials.
