DOC Facility Staff Experience Supervisor
About The Position
The Facility Staff Experience Supervisor (FSES) collaborates with the Office of Professional Standards and Compliance to foster a culture of wellbeing and support recruitment, retention, and wellness efforts at Department of Corrections facilities. The role administers and manages local site recruiting and oversees facility engagement program functions. The supervisor works across all levels of the DOC to improve employee engagement and experience, including development and training, workplace bonding and team-building opportunities, strong ethical and moral values, and internal employee communication and feedback.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience in a leadership or human resources position.
- Must pass the level of background investigation applicable to the position.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with a correctional or law enforcement agency.
- Prior leadership training and experience.
- Previous experience in the field of Corrections.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Previous experience in employee recruitment and retention.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Office of Professional Standards and Compliance on recruitment, retention, and wellness efforts.
