Facility Solutions Manager

About The Position

The Facility Solutions Manager owns client partnerships and drives performance in facility management. The role manages day-to-day operations, retention, and satisfaction across multiple client accounts; develops service strategies and schedules; negotiates service agreements and pricing; and oversees contractor relationships for compliance, quality, and communication. The manager conducts site walkthroughs, works with Night Managers and the Director of Operations to improve service delivery, tracks service activity and client feedback in CRM and planning tools, resolves client concerns, and manages staffing and resource needs.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in facility management, operations, or building services.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in building relationships.
Clear verbal and written communication skills with clients and teams.
Expertise in Microsoft Office and comfort using database/CRM technology.
High school diploma.
Reliable transportation for on-site visits.
