About The Position

Shaver Hall Facility Operations team members help keep the food hall running smoothly and looking its best. They maintain shared spaces that are clean, safe, and welcoming, supporting guests and helping deliver an exceptional hospitality experience. The role involves responding proactively to facility needs and working collaboratively with teammates and management.

Requirements

• Be energetic and approachable, with a commitment to providing a great guest experience.
• Be able to stand for extended periods.
• Be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or facilities experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests professionally and warmly.
• Clean, sanitize, and reset dining tables before and after service.
• Keep restrooms clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Collect and clean trays and return them ready for use.
• Stock beverage stations and keep them in proper working order.
• Respond promptly to spills, hazards, and facility issues to maintain safety and comfort.
• Support opening, closing, and side work.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate guest or operational needs to management.
