About The Position

The Facility Operations role provides daily location operations support efficiently and safely while maintaining location equipment and facilities for the benefit of IAS and its member owners. Duties listed are typical and are not exclusive or all-inclusive. The position works in an agricultural environment, with possible exposure to seasonal weather, outdoor conditions, and agricultural products. Personal protective equipment may be required for some tasks.

Requirements

Class A CDL or ability to obtain one, and/or ability to use a seasonal CDL during peak business needs.
Obtain a 7C Fumigation License.
Demonstrate initiative, effort, and commitment to completing assignments efficiently.
Communicate information or ideas effectively in written or oral form.
Organize work, adapt to change, and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Possess basic math skills.

Responsibilities

Report to the assigned workplace at the specified time and notify a supervisor of late arrivals or absences before the start time.
Maintain licenses, physicals, and other items necessary to perform job requirements.
Assist with loading and unloading grain.
Operate a semi to haul grain when needed.
Operate and maintain equipment and facilities.
Assist with work orders and customer or applicator delivery and pickup requests.
Notify the appropriate person of shop tools, supplies, or replacement parts needed.
Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse, equipment, and facility.
Participate in company-provided safety and job-related training programs.
Follow company safety and conduct policies and procedures.
Create a positive, professional image for customers and the community.
Fill anhydrous tanks and maintain tool bars.
Carry out other duties assigned by the location manager.
