About The Position

The Facility Manager oversees janitorial services and works alongside the cleaning crew. This full-time position is based in Knoxville, Tennessee, and runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with on-call responsibilities. The manager ensures services meet established standards and are completed on time, monitors quality, manages labor and inventory, communicates with team members, management, and customers, and supports recruiting and onboarding. The role pays $21.00 per hour with weekly pay.

• Physical capability to perform the job, including being on one's feet for the entire shift.
• Passion for a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor needs.
• Manage the cleaning crew and work alongside the team.
• Ensure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner.
• Perform quality control of services using customized scorecards.
• Track and order client consumables inventory accurately.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with team members, upper management, and customers.
• Resolve conflicts effectively.
• Track and report weekly progress using reports customized for specific sites.
• Assist with employee recruiting and onboarding.
• Perform additional duties as needed to complete the job well and on time.
