Janitorial/Warehouse Facility Manager
About The Position
The Facility Manager oversees janitorial services at a warehouse facility in Greenville, NC. This is a full-time position with an on-call component, scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The manager works alongside the cleaning team, manages labor needs, and ensures services meet established standards and are completed on time. The role also includes quality control, inventory tracking and ordering, communication with employees, management, and customers, conflict resolution, weekly progress reporting, and assistance with recruiting and onboarding. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to work well with a cleaning crew or team.
- Physical capability to complete the job, including being on one's feet for the entire shift.
- Passion for a job well done.

- Previous supervisor experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage labor needs.
- Manage the cleaning crew and work alongside the team.
- Ensure services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner.
- Conduct quality control of services using customized scorecards.
- Track and order the client's consumables inventory accurately.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with team members, upper management, and customers.
- Resolve conflicts effectively.
- Track and report weekly progress using reports customized for specific sites.
- Assist with employee recruiting and onboarding.
- Perform additional duties as needed to complete the job well and on time.
