About The Position

Clean Harbors is hiring a Facility Coordinator for its Cincinnati, Ohio facility. The role coordinates facility functions including receiving, shipping, and general administration. The second-shift schedule is 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Pay is $20 per hour, with an additional $1.75 for second-shift differential pay.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to use a computer.
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and processes and act safely at all times.
• Print and create outbound manifests and hazardous-waste labels for outbound loads.
• Organize and file plant and truck-to-truck paperwork.
• Enter data into internal programs.
• Organize and maintain trailer inventories.
• Perform filing, typing, and general clerical duties.
• Perform other administrative duties as required by supervisors.
