About The Position

The Facilities Technician serves as the point of contact for assigned shifts and takes necessary actions to ensure facilities are in proper working order. The role includes facilities support and oversight, along with knowledge of housekeeping and dishwashing procedures. The position reports to the Facilities Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of facilities and housekeeping experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and help oversee facilities support duties, ensuring equipment, walk-ins, refrigerator units, HVAC, plumbing, storage areas, and other facilities function properly and efficiently.
• Ensure exceptionally clean and sanitary conditions in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide a shift recap to the Facilities Manager and Food Safety Manager.
• Inspect each team member’s assigned station and provide feedback.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
