About The Position
The Facilities Team Member maintains the building and equipment so they remain clean, functional, and operational. Equipment and areas include audio/visual systems, pinsetters, arcade games, kitchen and bar equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, landscaping, and other facility components. The role handles repairs and routine tasks, reports issues, keeps indoor and outdoor areas clean, supports opening and closing the building, and follows safety guidelines. Team members interact with vendors, staff, and guests and may work independently or as part of a team. The position is part-time and based in Milpitas, California. The listed pay is $25.00 per hour. The work involves being on one's feet, lifting loads of varying weights, bending, reaching, pushing, and potentially working in warm, humid, and noisy conditions. Requirements
- Hands-on skills in electrical work, plumbing, mechanics, and carpentry.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills when interacting with coworkers, customers, and outside vendors.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and identify effective fixes.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair facility equipment and systems, including audio/visual equipment, pinsetters, arcade games, kitchen and bar equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and landscaping.
- Complete assigned maintenance tasks quickly and safely.
- Identify and report unusual conditions or problems before they worsen.
- Use power and manual tools appropriately.
- Keep the facility clean, including the game room and parking lot.
- Interact professionally with vendors, staff, and guests.
- Assist with opening and closing the building.
- Follow safety equipment requirements and guidelines.
