About The Position

The Facilities Service Coordinator is responsible for the department’s day-to-day operations. The coordinator works with the department director or manager, administrative team members, and department heads to ensure compliance with goals and objectives established by the hospital corporation. The role communicates with personnel and visitors at all levels and inputs and retrieves computerized data.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in secretarial duties or facilities repair and maintenance operations.
• Proficiency with computer software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a preventative maintenance system.
• Proficiency with computer systems related to security equipment, including ID badge and camera systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the department’s day-to-day routine operations.
• Work with the department director or manager, administrative team members, and department heads to support compliance with hospital corporation goals and objectives.
• Communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and by telephone with personnel and visitors at all levels.
• Input and retrieve computerized data.
