About The Position

The Facilities Project Management Specialist oversees the design, maintenance, and optimization of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components. The role coordinates with staff, contractors, and management to support operational functionality, safety, and energy efficiency across various settings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Facilities Management.
• Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards.

Nice To Haves

• CFM or PE certification/accreditation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, maintenance, and optimization of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural building systems.
• Coordinate with staff, contractors, and management to ensure operational functionality, safety, and energy efficiency.
• Plan preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Conduct facility inspections and audits and support compliance.
• Plan for emergency preparedness.
