Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Facilities Management.
• Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards.

Nice To Haves

• CFM or PE certification/accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, maintenance, and optimization of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
• Coordinate with staff, contractors, and management to ensure operational functionality, safety, and energy efficiency.
• Plan preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Conduct facility inspections and audits and support compliance.
• Plan for emergency preparedness.
