Position Overview The Program Analyst will play a critical role in managing strategic sourcing initiatives, contract administration, and supplier relationships to drive value for our clients. This position combines analytical expertise with relationship management skills to oversee service level agreements, develop strategic initiatives, and ensure contract compliance across our real estate services portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience in real estate or facilities services
  • 3-5 years of sourcing/contract management experience
  • Demonstrated experience preparing, managing, and evaluating RFP processes for goods and services
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts with suppliers
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent PC skills with proficiency in all MS Office applications
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment
  • Strong analytical ability and excellent organizational skills
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Seven+ years of experience in sourcing/contract management
  • Specialized experience in real estate or facilities management services
  • Professional certifications in procurement, supply chain, or contract management

Responsibilities

  • Oversee service level agreements and compliance by ensuring all performance standards are maintained
  • Assess and build annual initiatives with detailed strategies identifying objectives, leveraged spend opportunities, and milestone timelines
  • Provide comprehensive data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes
  • Manage strategic plans, provide recommendations, and support contract negotiations in partnership with Sourcing leadership
  • Oversee contract close-out, extensions, and renewals processes
  • Develop, implement, and maintain supplier diversity programs in accordance with client and company requirements
  • Conduct local and regional performance review meetings and monitor contract compliance
  • Support corporate and client-mandated initiatives by preparing and executing project plans
  • Support preparation of budget information for all fixed contracts
  • Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data to determine reasonability of pricing and contractor capabilities
  • Collaborate closely with clients and JLL teams to drive immediate and sustained benefits
  • Serve as key liaison for communication and implementation of initiatives and contract negotiations
  • Provide guidance and counsel on contractual terms to client and JLL teams
  • Proactively manage internal and external customer expectations
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Risk Management on contractual requirements
  • Provide management and instruction to operations teams on standardized RFP/bid and contract processes
  • Ensure signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties for visibility and implementation support
  • Ensure adherence to sourcing and contracting policies and procedures
  • Establish relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure contractual compliance
