About The Position

To deliver that level of service, our facility must operate like a well-oiled machine. We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance specialist to join our team in Mooresboro. This is a "boots-on-the-ground" role for someone who takes pride in ownership-ensuring our location remains safe, functional, and professional, both inside the warehouse and across the grounds. Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance and repairs is required.
Proficiency with hardware tools, power equipment, and a strong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to lift and transport up to 75 lbs.
Comfortable working from standing, kneeling, sitting, or stooping positions for extended periods.
High school diploma or equivalent.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.

Nice To Haves

Background as an Industrial Maintenance Technician.
Ability to operate a forklift is a major advantage.

Responsibilities

Perform light-duty electrical wiring and troubleshoot industrial equipment.
Handle general plumbing repairs as they arise to prevent facility downtime.
Manage daily building maintenance tasks, from fixing a door hinge to patching a wall.
Take ownership of the facility's first impression by mowing, trimming, edging, and garden upkeep.
Ensure the property is free of debris and that all work complies with OSHA and EPA regulations.
Maintain meticulous records as required by City, State, and Federal guidelines.
