Facilities Maintenance Supervisor - Hearthstone Country Club
About The Position
The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overall building maintenance and upkeep to support clean, efficient club operations. The role maintains preventive-maintenance and ongoing-improvement checklists and schedules, ensuring work complies with schedules and deadlines. The supervisor coordinates with approved contractors on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building equipment, carpentry, flooring, walls, ceilings, special projects, and related work. The position also monitors costs against budget, promptly communicates issues and potential capital projects that exceed budget parameters, supervises the House Maintenance and Housekeeping team, and ensures the safe use and maintenance of club mechanical equipment and tools.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven track record of rotational maintenance skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of expense control related to payroll and forecasting and budgeting expenses.
Nice To Haves
- Technical experience or certification in HVAC, plumbing, pool maintenance, electrical, or related fields.
- Bilingual English-Spanish communication ability.
Responsibilities

- Keep costs within budget and promptly inform management about issues or potential capital projects outside budget parameters.
- Hire, train, develop, and supervise House Maintenance and Housekeeping staff.
- Ensure the safe use and maintenance of club mechanical equipment and tools.
