About The Position

Lucid Private Offices is hiring a hands-on Facilities Engineer to maintain and prepare its private office suites across 18 DFW sites. The role is based in Irving, Texas, and involves weekday work in clean, professional Class A office environments. The position focuses on suite make-readies, repairs, preventive maintenance, and keeping spaces polished for members. The engineer manages work-order tickets in Freshdesk using a company-provided iPad and plans work across locations. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no nights, weekends, or on-call work.

Requirements

• Hands-on maintenance experience; apartment, hotel, commercial, or property maintenance experience is accepted.
• Solid painting and drywall skills.
• Comfort using an iPad, mobile apps, and work-order software.
• Comfort working around business professionals and maintaining clean, organized spaces.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, work on ladders, and use hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare suites for incoming members by painting, patching drywall, repairing carpet, and completing detail work.
• Complete work orders involving lighting, outlets, fixtures, sinks, kitchenettes, small leaks, doors, locks, and mounting TVs, signage, art, and blinds.
• Troubleshoot and make basic repairs to breakroom appliances.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance across all sites.
• Manage work-order tickets in Freshdesk using a company-provided iPad and plan the workday across multiple sites.
