About The Position

Silver Tree Residential, LLC is seeking a dependable, quality-focused, experienced Multi-Site Facilities Director for Casa De Esperanza, a senior apartment community comprising 170 apartment homes. The Facilities Director leads a team across three properties and is responsible for promptly and efficiently completing tasks assigned by the Community Director and Regional Vice President, while continually improving their skills and expertise. The role helps maintain community standards through oversight of maintenance and capital improvement activities, preventive maintenance, and prompt work-order completion.

Requirements

• Five years of property maintenance experience.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• HVAC certification or license.
• Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and appliances.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Provide own tools.
• Be physically capable of walking throughout the property, including stairs, lifting heavy items, and regularly performing other physical tasks as needed.
• Report to work at regularly scheduled work hours.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Community Director to manage maintenance-related and capital improvement activities within an assigned property.
• Inspect, schedule, and perform routine preventive maintenance on appropriate equipment as necessary or as directed by the Community Director.
• Assist management staff with implementing policies, standards, procedures, and programs related to property maintenance and upkeep.
• Communicate effectively with employees, residents, vendors, and co-workers.
• Complete work orders promptly, within 24 hours, and efficiently.
• Share rotating on-call responsibilities.
• Complete other related tasks assigned by the Community Director.
• Lead a team across three properties.
