About The Position

Join JLL as a Facilities Coordinator and become an integral part of our operations team in Lakewood, Colorado. In this dynamic role, you'll provide essential support to Site and Assistant Facility Managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while building positive client and vendor relationships. You'll be the go-to person for maintaining our facility at the highest standards, coordinating services, managing work orders, and serving as a key point of contact for site amenities and operations. Responsibilities

  • Conducting daily walkthroughs and thorough weekly inspections (Mondays) to flag repairs or equipment malfunctions.
  • Acting as the site Point of Contact (POC) for outside vendors and coordinating on-site repairs or maintenance.
  • Managing general cleaning, coordinating trash pickups, and overseeing new furniture installs (either DIY or via vendor).
  • Completing required safety training (approx 30 minutes to 1 hour per month).
  • Stocking food and drinks, conducting a full "push" on the first workday of the week, and performing follow-up stocking as needed.
  • Coordinating badge access, including assigning temporary badges and issuing permanent ones.
  • Managing P-Card spend, monitoring budgeted vs. ad-hoc spending (with AFM), and tracking/uploading receipts.
  • Weekly 1-on-1 with the AFM, site-lead communication calls. Daily Stand-up calls with the team.
  • Managing DoorDash memberships (adding/removing users) and receiving site-delivered meals.
  • Creating and maintaining tickets for all REWS and facility requests.
  • Establishing warehouse practices and protocols, managing all aspects of inventory, and resolving work-flow problems.
  • Conducting full monthly counts and bi-weekly counts for limited-stock items.
  • Managing shipments based on max/min stock levels to ensure inventory upkeep.
  • Leading the 30-minute weekly site warehouse meeting.
