About The Position

Brewtopia, a 7 Brew franchise group, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to manage the day-to-day building operations and maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment in their Southfield office. This role also provides remote support across 7 Brew locations, coordinating maintenance, vendors, and facility-related needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and excels at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The company has an ambitious goal of 200 7 Brew stands and $500M in revenue by 2028, and this role is crucial to achieving that growth by ensuring operational excellence and positive experiences for guests and teams.

Requirements

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization and time-management abilities
  • High integrity and discretion — especially with sensitive information
  • Comfort working independently and taking ownership
  • Proficiency with email, office software, and scheduling tools

Responsibilities

  • Welcome all visitors with warmth, professionalism, and hospitality.
  • Manage the front desk: phones, emails, mail, scheduling, and office flow.
  • Ensure the office environment reflects Brewtopia’s values — clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Serve as the central communication point for all Brewtopia facility needs.
  • Perform light cleaning duties, including emptying trash, keeping the bathroom tidy, and maintaining overall office cleanliness.
  • Use personal vehicle occasionally to run errands as needed (reimbursed per company policy).
  • Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and equipment coordination.
  • Support internal communications and assist with company meetings.
  • Handle document preparation, filing, scheduling, and task management.
  • Coordinate ordering, setup, and deployment of employee laptops and related equipment.
  • Manage post-opening facility issues remotely as needed.
  • Coordinate vendors and warranty repairs.
  • Plan and oversee troubleshooting of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and connectivity issues.
  • Track maintenance of equipment (refrigeration, doors, water systems, ice machines).
  • Plan inspections and follow up on site repairs (concrete, signage, fixtures).
  • Ensure all building systems and site conditions are fully operational and compliant.
