About The Position
Mint Cannabis is looking for a Facility Coordinator to support facility operations and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role involves overseeing GMP documentation, managing inventory, coordinating supplies, scheduling maintenance, performing basic system repairs, managing pest control, monitoring security, coordinating technicians, overseeing key control, ensuring health and safety compliance, and managing deliveries.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in facility coordination, warehouse operations, or a related role
- Experience with inventory management and logistics coordination
- Basic knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security)
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks (or willingness to be trained)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card if required by your state.
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of GMP standards and compliance requirements (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documentation, including daily, monthly, and annual reporting and recordkeeping
- Manage cannabis and non-cannabis inventory levels to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate and distribute facility supplies across departments
- Plan and optimize space allocation for inventory storage
- Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance and facility repairs
- Perform basic maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems
- Coordinate and manage pest control vendors and service schedules
- Maintain and monitor facility security systems
- Coordinate scheduling and daily responsibilities of reliability technicians
- Oversee key control and access card systems
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and company health and safety regulations
- Receive, track, and manage incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Coordinate deliveries with Mint Cannabis Florida retail locations and drivers
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload shipments safely
