The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Facilities Supervisor. This role involves acting as the main point of contact for the Facilities Department, coordinating with outside vendors, managing bids and pricing, and assisting with the scheduling and distribution of daily tasks. The coordinator will also handle work orders, purchase orders, and electronic filing of facilities paperwork. Additionally, this position supports various departments by coordinating parts pickup and delivery, processing non-stock purchases, and providing backup support for receiving, stocking, inventory management, and cycle counting within the MRO inventory.
