About The Position

Ricoh is currently looking for a career-oriented individual to coordinate on a daily basis with outside contractors and in-house services performing a wide variety of tasks related to the maintenance and operation of the building grounds. The Facilities Coordinator will perform a variety of duties to support the building and Division's daily operations such as office services including mail, courier, duplication and security.

Requirements

  • Industry related training
  • Post-secondary diploma is required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in roles with similar responsibility, scope and skills
  • Previous service, support, technical or operational experience with customers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop business relationships
  • Strong self-motivation to drive results
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift 30+lbs. as necessary
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Provide back-up coverage to the Workplace Experience Coordinator, including but not limited to: Monitor and respond to client comments in the 8200 Warden Slack channel, Process Tririga service requests and distribute/direct work orders to CBRE or third-party vendors, Manage the client/customer service counter and respond to in-person inquiries, Oversee the loan pool of available laptop products, Manage and process workstation furniture key requests; refile returned keys, Maintain supplies, including distribution, reordering, and restocking shelves.
  • Event Support: Assist with all-hands set-ups and room layout preparations, Open air walls in the café and amphitheatre as directed by the Workplace Experience Coordinator and AV Manager.
  • Printer Support: Clear paper jams, Refill paper supplies, Replace consumables and functional parts (e.g., toner) as required.
  • Maintenance Support: Provide basic handyman services, such as workstation desk adjustments.
  • AV Support: Assist the AV Manager with audiovisual setup and support.
