About The Position

Supporting our Federal Government client, you'll play a vital role in coordinating emergency management functions across a diverse portfolio of owned properties and leased premises. You'll work closely with the Emergency Management Facilities Manager to administer and coordinate emergency management services, resolve on-site challenges with minimal disruption to business-as-usual activities, and maintain adherence to agreed programs and timelines. Your role involves partnering with stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service, managing contractor performance, and serving as a key point of contact for emergency management matters. You'll also support the implementation of property risk management programs, ensure compliance with WH&S, environmental, and risk management policies, and maintain accurate records in property and compliance databases. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate emergency management services as delegated by the Emergency Management Facilities Manager, resolving on-site difficulties promptly with minimum disruption to business-as-usual activities
  • Manage contractor performance and work collaboratively with service providers to handle escalations related to client complaints, ensuring works are completed efficiently and to required standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service as the primary point of contact for emergency management matters, proactively engaging stakeholders and building effective relationships across client entities
  • Ensure compliance with all WH&S, environmental, and risk management policies and procedures, following established escalation and incident reporting procedures while assisting in property risk management program implementation
  • Complete, update, and maintain web-based management information systems, uploading property documentation and ensuring data accuracy to facilitate timely payment processing
