About The Position
Luxe Golf Bays is a high-tech sports entertainment and event destination in Ballpark Commons in Franklin, Wisconsin. The Facilities Associate supports operations and hospitality by maintaining the building to high standards, assisting departments, and helping provide Guests with the best possible experience. The role includes completing housekeeping duties, following safety and environmental procedures, and monitoring maintenance supplies and equipment in coordination with the Maintenance Department. The position requires extended periods of standing and walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping and bending, and working in hot or cold conditions. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand and maintain well-paced mobility throughout a scheduled shift.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stoop and bend.
- Ability to work for extended periods in high temperatures up to 100 degrees or cold temperatures below freezing.
- Ability to work holidays and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in custodial work.
Responsibilities
- Complete housekeeping tasks as directed by Operations and Facilities management.
- Follow safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Monitor the use and inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment with the Maintenance Department.
- Support all departments, maintain the building to high standards, and help ensure a positive Guest experience.
