About The Position

Luxe Golf Bays is a high-tech sports entertainment and event destination in Ballpark Commons in Franklin, Wisconsin. The Facilities Associate supports operations and the company’s hospitality standards by maintaining the building, supporting all departments, and interacting with guests to help ensure a positive experience. The role is part of the facilities staff and performs housekeeping tasks as directed by Operations and Facilities management.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stoop and bend.
• Ability to work for extended periods in high-temperature conditions up to 100 degrees or cold conditions below freezing.
• Ability to work holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete housekeeping tasks as directed by Operations and Facilities management.
• Adhere to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Monitor the use and inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment with the Maintenance Department.
• Maintain the building to high standards, support all departments, and interact with guests.
