About The Position

The Corporate Procurement & Facilities Manager oversees our nationwide purchasing, vendor relations, supply chain strategy, and facility maintenance across all dental practice locations. This role is responsible for optimizing spending on clinical/non-clinical supplies and equipment, managing procurement workflows, and ensuring that all practice locations maintain seamless, safe, and compliant facilities.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of procurement, purchasing, or facilities management experience.
• Proficiency with enterprise procurement systems and inventory tracking platforms.
• Proven track record of negotiating vendor contracts and managing multi-location service agreements.
• Strong interpersonal skills to support remote Office Managers and Practice Leaders.
• Willing to travel periodically to practice locations as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Multi-unit healthcare or dental practice management experience strongly preferred.
