About The Position

Sycamores provides a spectrum of mental health services to people with varying levels of need, with a primary focus on low-income, high-risk youth. The Facilitator coordinates and organizes formal and informal supports, partnering with families to develop and implement a plan through a facilitated planning process and child and family team. The role helps create a unified plan across residential and community settings, builds urgency around bringing children home, and supports their transition back into the community. The Facilitator collaborates with residential staff to maintain clear, open communication. Regular and flexible travel between client locations is an essential function of the position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Two or more years of relevant experience.
• Maintain all required licenses and certifications.
• Personal, reliable vehicle for travel to various locations.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Acceptable driving record as determined by Agency policy.
• Proof of auto insurance meeting minimum coverage requirements.
• Satisfy a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and health screen following a conditional offer of employment.

Responsibilities
