About The Position

IPMG is hiring a full-time, hybrid Wraparound Facilitator serving Cass County, Indiana. The position combines remote work from a designated home office with travel of up to 1.5 hours for community-based meetings several times a week. Applicants must reside within Cass County and be able to travel throughout the county for in-person meetings. The facilitator works with children experiencing emotional and/or behavioral challenges and their families, helping them build a team of professionals, friends, and family; create a plan based on family strengths and needs; access services and supports; and review the plan of care in regular team meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
• At least 24 months of experience in one or more of the following areas: clinical work, case management, skills building, child welfare, juvenile justice, or education in a K-12 setting.
• Reside within Cass County, Indiana.
• Ability to travel throughout the county to attend community-based meetings.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass thorough background screens.
• Designated home office setting with a computer, internet service, and smartphone.

• Help families develop a wraparound team of caring professionals, friends, and family.
• Create a wraparound plan based on the strengths and needs of the family.
• Help families access services and supports needed to meet their goals.
• Facilitate regular community-based wraparound team meetings to review the plan of care.
