About The Position
IPMG is seeking a full-time Wraparound Facilitator to serve Marion County and surrounding areas. This hybrid position involves remote work from a home office and travel for community-based meetings. The role focuses on helping families build support teams, develop plans based on their strengths and needs, access necessary services, and facilitate regular team meetings to review care plans. Wraparound facilitators work with children facing emotional and/or behavioral challenges and their families.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
- The ability to pass thorough background screens
- A BA/BS degree and at least 24 months of one of the following experiences: clinical, case management, skills building, child welfare, juvenile justice or education in a K-12 setting
- Designated home office setting with computer, internet service, and smart phone
- Must reside within Marion County, Indiana
- Must be able to travel throughout the county as needed to attend community-based meetings
Responsibilities
- Help families develop their wraparound team made up of caring professionals, friends, and family
- Create a wraparound plan based on the strengths and needs of the family
- Help families access services and supports they need to meet their goals
- Facilitate regular community-based wraparound team meetings to review plan of care
