About The Position

Requirements
- Expertise in the field of occupational safety (regulations, processes, and products).
- Professional, confident demeanor.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Willingness and experience in digital service delivery.
- Completed training as an occupational safety specialist.
- English language skills desirable.
Nice To Haves
- Additional qualifications related to occupational health and safety (e.g., fire safety officer, safety and health protection coordinator, waste officer, water protection officer, immission control officer) are advantageous.
- Desire to sustainably change occupational safety and help shape it in a young and dynamic team.
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time.
- Ability to work from home or a café for the remaining time.

Responsibilities
- Develop occupational safety digitally, intelligently & user-friendly.
- Shape new processes at kaer.
- Actively contribute to the development of occupational safety.
- Manage safety and health.
- Provide medical prevention, occupational medicine, and occupational safety.
