Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- One to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years in heavy industrial environment.
- Mig/ Tig / Arc Welding.
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong technical background.
- Previous experience with welding/fabricating.
Nice To Haves
- 2-year Associates Degree from accredited technical college is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Small machining skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist and help repair production dies.
- Fabricate tools, jigs and fixtures for the production areas to meet our customer production requirements.
