About The Position

Ninth Inning is looking for a Fabrication team member to join our Production team! In this role, you'll fabricate, position, align, and fit project components while helping us deliver quality work safely and efficiently. Whether you're building your fabrication skills or bringing previous welding and fabrication experience, this is an opportunity to learn, grow, and take pride in your craft.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience reading fabrication drawings
• Previous experience performing steel fabrication or welding
• Previous experience using power tools or material-handling equipment
• Holding applicable FCAW/WABO certifications

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, position, align, and fit project components using blueprints, sketches, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform steel fabrication and welding work based on your training and experience.
• Work with fabrication tools and equipment, including grinders, band saws, drills, shears, welders, laser cutters, press brakes, CNC equipment, and overhead cranes.
• Produce work that meets established quality standards.
• Work efficiently while minimizing waste and rework.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Use, inspect, maintain, and store company-provided tools and equipment properly.
• Participate in training, cross-training, and skill development.
• Work with your team to support safe, efficient production and continuous improvement.
