About The Position

Ground Force Worldwide is hiring skilled fabricator/welders to perform heavy metal fabrication on mining support equipment, including tanks. The role involves wire-feed welding in multiple positions, including inside and on top of tanks and in confined spaces. Candidates may be experienced craftspeople or demonstrate the ability to develop quickly. Wages are based on a five-point scale according to weld-test results, with opportunities to earn more over time. The starting wage is $24–$29 per hour, depending on experience. Employees are expected to work professionally and respectfully with colleagues, prioritize on-time, high-quality work, communicate effectively with supervisors and engineers, and maintain a professional approach to workplace issues. This is a drug-free workplace and pre-employment testing is required.

Requirements

Ability to wire-feed weld in multiple positions.
Ability to flexibly and reliably perform craftsman-quality welds in confined spaces.
Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently.
Successful completion of required pre-employment testing.
