About The Position

The FAB Technician II works in a cleanroom environment and supports silicon wafer processing activities. The role promotes teamwork, cooperation, and commitment to Total Customer Satisfaction. It also involves managing production inventory, assisting and training other technicians, identifying process and equipment issues, and partnering with engineering to review product specifications.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED.
• Three to five years of relevant experience.
• Ability to handle fragile silicon wafers with tweezers.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology and technical data before beginning work.

Responsibilities

• Perform all job duties of a FAB Technician II.
• Manage inventory levels as required by production control.
• Provide technical assistance and training to other FAB Technicians.
• Identify cleanroom process and equipment problems and communicate them to the appropriate engineering or maintenance personnel.
• Partner with engineering to review product specifications.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Promote teamwork, cooperation, and commitment to Total Customer Satisfaction among team members.
