About The Position

Great Plains Manufacturing is seeking a Fab Operator for its CE facility in Salina, Kansas. The role operates equipment throughout the fabrication department and requires the ability to use AS400, read prints, and use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers. The operator must follow Great Plains and OSHA safety regulations and wear prescribed safety and protective equipment. Other duties may be assigned, including duties requiring different qualifications, physical demands, or work environments.

The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime on Fridays as required. Great Plains Manufacturing is a Kubota company with more than 2,300 employees and manufactures agricultural, farm, landscaping, and construction equipment. Requirements

• Ability to operate equipment throughout the fabrication department.
• Ability to use and understand AS400.
• Ability to read prints and use tape measures, calipers, and other tools as required.
