About The Position
The Finance & Insurance Manager maximizes dealership profitability and guest satisfaction by structuring compliant finance deals, meeting F&I targets, and coaching the sales team on F&I best practices at Ron Marhofer Auto Family, a one-price dealership group in Northeast Ohio. The position is located at Buick GMC in Canton, Ohio.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous automotive finance management experience with a proven track record of achieving sales/PVR targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong knowledge of finance products, state regulations, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail- and process-oriented.
- Proficient in relevant F&I software and technology platforms.
Nice To Haves
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of F&I management experience in a high-volume, one-price or no-haggle automotive dealership environment.
- Strong lender relationships and a history of compliance.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor sales team members on the F&I process.
- Ability to build trust with guests and lenders.
- Ability to maximize PVR through accurate, compliant deal structuring and strong lender program knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Drive F&I PVR performance and meet company targets.
- Coach the sales team on the F&I process in real time.
- Deliver vehicles and provide best-in-class F&I deliveries.
- Structure deals according to lender and dealership guidelines.
- Maintain 100% video compliance.
- Rework declined deals with Sales.
