About The Position

The Finance & Insurance Manager maximizes dealership profitability and guest satisfaction by structuring compliant finance deals, achieving F&I targets, and coaching the sales team on F&I best practices at Ron Marhofer Auto Family, a one-price dealership group in Northeast Ohio. The position is located at Buick GMC in Canton, Ohio. The manager drives F&I PVR performance, supports the sales team in real time, delivers vehicles with best-in-class F&I presentations, structures deals according to lender and dealership guidelines, maintains video compliance, and works with Sales to rework declined deals.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous automotive finance management experience with a proven record of achieving sales/PVR targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong knowledge of finance products, state regulations, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail- and process-oriented approach.
Proficiency with relevant F&I software and technology platforms.

Nice To Haves

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2 years of F&I management experience in a high-volume, one-price or no-haggle automotive dealership environment.
Strong lender relationships and a history of compliance.
Ability to coach and mentor sales team members on the F&I process.
Ability to build trust with guests and lenders.
Ability to maximize PVR through accurate, compliant deal structuring and strong knowledge of lender programs.
