Requirements

  • Automotive Finance Manager or Finance Director experience preferred
  • Proven track record of finance production and product penetration
  • Strong understanding of lender programs and compliance requirements
  • Experience with Dealertrack, RouteOne, and CRM systems preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Nissan experience is a plus but not required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Present finance and protection products to customers
  • Secure financing through a network of lenders
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender requirements
  • Maximize finance income while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Submit deals accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions
  • Assist sales staff with deal structure and lender guidelines
  • Deliver a professional and transparent finance experience
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay current with industry trends
